Okay, we did some work at the house, such as removing the carpets and getting rid of any mold we saw. Nice hardwood floors under the carpet, just need refinishing!
Yesterday we have ordered a new appraisal. Hopefully everything will come in with average condition. I really don't want to have to go to hard money at this point, with the time invested in this other loan (not to mention the appraisal fees so far.).
